You only live once, but you get to serve twice.

George Tennis Club is proud to compete every year in the Eden district Leagues. We have had great success competing in the Men’s, Ladies and mixed leagues. We have various tournaments, including TSA events and Eden Tennis Association events, from Junior to Senior tournaments.

QUALIFIED COACHES

At the club for all levels by our resident coach, Helgard Muller, the longest full time Professional Tennis Coach in the Southern Cape with over 25 years coaching experience.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

Members enjoy social tennis every week on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons.
Social Wednesdays from 1pm – 4pm. Saturdays from 1pm – 4pm.

CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS

Every year members get to compete against each other in our Club Championships – Men’s and Ladies singles, doubles and mixed doubles

George Tennis Club, situated in the Garden Route, Southern Cape, is one of the oldest tennis clubs in the area. Since established in 1920, the club has grown to a healthy membership of over 110 members and is steadily growing each year. George Tennis Club aims to promote tennis in George, provide and maintain our facilities and activities for members.

George Tennis Club offers 7 hard courts with a clubhouse that caters for all of the events throughout the year.

For members throughout the year
such as the popular Wimbledon day where members get to dress in white and play with wooden racquets.

Bring honour to our members, brings joy to our hearts, like name our courts after them for future happy memories.

We often have fires lit for members to bring family along and braai after social tennis.

You are also welcome to rent the hall for a special event.
